I'm Rae, the passionate baker behind the oven mitts, and I'm thrilled to share my love for baking with you. Ever since I was a child, I've been captivated by the art of baking – from the aroma of freshly baked cookies to the joy of watching a perfectly risen cake emerge from the oven.
